History:

MCFUSE has been serving teachers and school employees in McKinley County, New Mexico since 1975. Our main goal is to  regain collective bargaining. We also work for quality education, competitive salaries, and professional working conditions.

Mission Statement:

The McKinley County Federation of United School Employees is an organization of district employees dedicated to advancing and promoting quality public education, improving teaching and learning conditions, protecting members' rights, and advocating for fair compensation, benefits, and job security.
